Professional Experience:             
Colin's principal areas of practice are in general corporate and commercial matters and cross-border investments and transactions. He is actively involved in fund management work and unit trusts, and has advised clients on structuring and establishment of various fund structures (including private placements, hedge fund-of-funds, close-ended funds and both retail and restricted Singapore and offshore funds) and other commercial agreements, including consortium agreements, shareholders' agreements and reconstruction agreements as well as licensing and regulatory issues relating to the fund management industry.

Colin is also experienced in general litigation work, and has advised on and provided services relating to both contentious and non-contentious work.

Colin is also a member of the compliance sub-committee of the Investment Management Association of Singapore.

VINCENT CHAN HIANG KIAT

Professional Experience:
Vincent's principal areas of practice are in general litigation and corporate and commercial matters.  He has advised on mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures and venture capital funding, banking, intellectual property/technology and other corporate commercial matters.  He has also experienced in corporate finance work, including the listing of companies in Singapore and fund-raising exercises for listed companies.

In relation to litigation, Vincent has advised on and provided services over a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious litigation, both in the civil and criminal courts of Singapore
