Chan & Goh (Advocates & Solicitors), established in the year 2000 as a partnership, is a broad-based law practice offering a full range of legal services in corporate finance and securities, banking, general corporate and corporate commercial law, intellectual property, conveyancing and real estate law, cross border transactions (with particular emphasis in Vietnam) and general litigation.
Our Vietnam practice, Chan & Goh – Vietnam, established in the year 2004, provides general advisory services on foreign investment matters in Vietnam, including advising on the establishment of various business entities (including foreign representative offices, joint venture companies, branch offices and wholly foreign-owned enterprises), corporate advisory and structuring, intellectual property, labour issues, trading and distribution, franchising and legal consultancy.

At Chan & Goh, we do not just believe in staying up to date with the latest in computer technology – we use them to our clients’ benefit. We constantly explore ways to use information technology and the internet to enhance our legal services and reduce cost to our clients. Our litigation practice has gone fully electronic with the implementation of the Electronic Filing System by the Singapore courts. This has resulted in greater efficiency in terms of time and file management, and the resulting benefits and cost savings are then passed on to our clients.
